Start with the exact model
Record the manufacturer, model and every suffix printed on the source document. A basic model in a catalogue does not identify every seal, clearance or material variation. Keep the original designation alongside any normalized search fields.
Read the three dimensions together
In the documented ZYS and HCH 6204 tables, d is 20 mm, D is 47 mm and B is 14 mm. Our search uses these published dimensions to match documented models. A missing value is not treated as a match. The dimensional sketch on a product page is a schematic, not a manufacturing drawing.
Separate fit from service conditions
A dimension match is only one part of your evaluation. State the load direction, speed, duty cycle, lubrication, operating environment and mounting constraints in the inquiry. Ask the supplier to confirm the exact configuration and operating limits.
Preserve unknowns
If a table does not identify material, precision or vibration class, leave the field unknown. Request the applicable specification or test document instead of filling in a common industry assumption.

Open each model page, check its dated source, compare the documented values and save the relevant manufacturer. Include the exact product designation and source in your inquiry so a supplier can answer a specific requirement.
